What is a Set Aside?

In short, a set aside is a process a person convicted of a criminal offense can utilize to have their charges dismissed. If a judge grants an application then they “set aside the judgment of guilt, dismiss the accusations or information and order that the person be released from all penalties and disabilities resulting from the conviction.” Contact Mr. Califano now if you would like to discuss your specific situation.
