THC DUI without a Prescription – 2019

West Valley Client made the mistake of smoking marijuana and then driving. He caused an accident. The police drew Client’s blood. The blood test showed an active metabolite of THC (27ng/ml). The Client did not have a Medical Marijuana card. There was an issue with the blood draw and Client had no criminal history.
