Indecent Exposure to a Minor case dismissed just before trial – 2019

Phoenix, Arizona Client was charged with exposing himself to a minor. However, he was innocent and had a solid alibi. It was a case of mistaken identification.

The Defense hired a private investigator and conducted substantial investigation into the police investigation, the history of the witnesses, and other relevant issues. The Defense provided the helpful information to the State. The State agreed that they should not go forward with the case. All charges were dismissed.
